Acerola cherry - more vitamin C is not possible!
The acerola cherry ("Malpighia glabra L.") comes from Central and South America. It is one of the fruits with the highest natural vitamin C content in nature (e.g. over 20 times more vitamin C than kiwi). The juice of this type of cherry is gently dried, whereby the important natural vitamin C and all other plant substances such as pro-vitamin A, vitamin B1, B2, niacin, proteins and trace elements remain active.
In contrast to isolated, artificial vitamin C (as is often available in supermarkets or pharmacies), all the natural components in acerola work together in a completely synergistic (= mutually reinforcing) way. In its natural form, vitamin C has its highest bioavailability (= optimal absorption in the body). This unique composition, given by nature, enables vitamin C to take care of vital cell protection against oxidative stress*.
The extremely high vitamin C content of acerola is impressive: on average, 100 g of sun-ripened acerola cherries contain 1,700 mg of vitamin C - in contrast, 100 g of oranges only contain 50 mg of vitamin C.

Recommended daily intake VITAMIN C KOMPLEX
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily unchewed with water with a meal.
Studies have shown that vitamin C taken as a "cure" can have positive effects on the course of colds. As a cure at the first symptoms of a cold, it is recommended to take one tablet per hour over a period of 5-6 hours (max. 6 tablets per day). In most cases, this prevents the cold from breaking out in the first place or significantly alleviates the symptoms.

seit Jahren das Vitamin C meiner Wahl
Vitamin C Komplex, seit Jahren das Vitamin C meiner Wahl. Gerade jetzt in der Erkältungszeit für mich eine gute Idee. Vitamin C hochdosiert ist definitiv drin wie ein Bluttest bei mir ergeben hat. Ob man sich die hohe Dosis antut muss jeder selber entscheiden es gibt einiges was dafür spricht, es gibt aber auch Bedenkenträger. Mir scheint es gut zu bekommen.
