Take 2 capsules of GLUCOMANNAN 3000 before each main meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner - for a total of 6 capsules per day. Do not forget: Always take the capsules with a glass of water (or two).

Für mich perfekt!
Ich konnte die Produkte aus dem Abnehm-Bundle hervorragend in meinem Alltag integrieren. Die Kapseln sind einfach zu schlucken und der Geschmack des Vanille Shakes war fantastisch. Fühle mich fitter
Ich habe das Paket getestet und fühle mich seitdem fitter. Es fiel mir leichter meine Mahlzeiten einzuhalten ohne nebenbei zu essen, da ich mich schneller und länger gesättigt fühlte, als es normalerweise der Fall war. Das Protein Pulver schmeckte nicht so künstlich und unangenehm süß wie andere die ich zuvor ausprobiert habe und ist deshalb fester Bestandteil meines Frühstücks geworden. Ich kann das Paket, besonders zum Start einer Diät sehr empfehlen.
