- Vitamin C: Acerola cherries (1,700 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 grams)
- Vitamin B2: Offal such as liver as well as yeast, cereal germ and certain types of cheese.
- Vitamin E: Wheat germ oil, olive oil, nuts
- Zinc: Wheat bran and pumpkin seeds
- Selenium: Meat, fish and eggs as well as mushrooms, cabbage and onion vegetables, lentils, asparagus and nuts - especially Brazil nuts Carotenoids: carrots, tomatoes and red peppers. The body can best absorb these when cooked with a little fat.1
OPCs, or "oligomeric proanthocyanidins", are also suitable antioxidants. These are natural, plant-based bitter substances that belong to the group of bioflavonoids and are classified as polyphenols. They are found, for example, in grape seeds and the skins of red grapes, as in our OPC GRAPE NUT EXTRACT capsules.
