My Perfect Shape capsules and tablets contain only vegan ingredients - even L-carnitine, which is generally very popular among athletes and is used to significantly increase fat burning and is otherwise mainly obtained by the body through the consumption of meat, is purely plant-based.

For the extract, the high-quality nutrients are gently removed (extracted) from the fruits or plants, resulting in a much higher concentration of nutrients. In contrast to the ground form, the ingredients in the capsules and tablets from My Perfect Shape are therefore much more concentrated and therefore much more effective to use.

Vegetarian protein diet shakes

The two My Perfect Shape protein shakes are available in the flavors "Vanilla Cream" and "Chocolate Nut". Not only are they filling and low in fat, carbohydrates and calories, they also taste really good! Ideally, you should replace 1 to 2 meals a day with a shake until you have reached your desired weight.

They are enriched with important vitamins, minerals and trace elements to prevent deficiency symptoms during this time. The high protein content of 60% prevents muscle loss as part of a diet - and therefore also the undesirable yo-yo effect.
