Where is my parcel?
After the parcel has been sent, you will receive an email from DHL with the parcel number and a link to the DHL parcel tracking page. This data can be used to track the current location and the expected delivery date at any time. If, contrary to expectations, this does not work, we can of course also provide information at any time. Just give us a call or send us a message.
Shipping information: Due to COVID-19 & the current increased parcel volume, there may be slight delays in delivery. We apologize for this on behalf of the transport companies.
