DHL and SWISS POST usually deliver from Monday to Saturday from approx. 8.00-19.00 (depending on the delivery area).
6. is delivery to "DHL packing stations" or "Deutsche Post branches" possible?
Yes, in Germany (other countries not possible). If the parcel is to be delivered to a DHL packing station (one-time, free registration with DHL required), please enter the address of the packing station as the delivery address (NOT as the billing address).
DHL Packstations allow you to collect your parcel around the clock, 365 days a year.
More information about "Packstations" here.
If the parcel is to be delivered to a Deutsche Post branch, it is only possible if you have registered for a Packstation with DHL in advance. Parcels can then be delivered both to Packstations and to Post branches using the "Post number" received.
7. customs - is the delivery always duty-free?
Yes, we deliver from our European central warehouse in the Netherlands. The delivery is duty-free (also to Switzerland, because we pay the customs duty).
8. multiple delivery - what happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If the DHL courier cannot find you in person, he will put a parcel card in your letterbox. You then have the following options:
- The parcel can be collected from the parcel store or post office indicated on the card.
- Arrange a new delivery date via the DHL hotline. It is also possible to have the parcel delivered to another address in the town.
The DHL driver may also leave the parcel with a neighbor and leave an information card with the neighbor's name and address.
There are no additional costs for either option. Please contact us if there are any problems or questions regarding the delivery of the parcel.
9. lost parcel - what happens if my parcel is lost?
Of course, the delivery is insured and we bear the transportation risk by law. If a parcel is lost, we will send a new one immediately and of course at NO additional cost.
10. online parcel tracking - where is my parcel?
As soon as the parcel has been sent, we/DHL will send you an e-mail with the parcel number and a link to DHL (or Swiss Post). This can be used to track where the parcel is currently located.
11. is it possible to have a parcel delivered at a certain time?
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible with DHL and Swiss Post.
Payment information
Important information for online payments by credit card
The European PSD2 payment directive makes online payments by credit card more secure!
What is PSD2?
PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) is a European payment services directive that was introduced to make online payments more secure. Your bank can ask you to confirm your identity using the 3D Secure procedure when you make an online payment by credit card.
How does payment by credit card work?
When you place an order in Europe, you may be redirected to the bank's 3D Secure page. There are various ways to authenticate online payments - you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email or TouchID. Once the payment has been authenticated and the order has been completed, you will be redirected back to the Feelgood Shop page where you will see an order confirmation. We will then also send an email to confirm the order.
How does the bank confirm your identity?
When you contact your bank, they will explain the 3D Secure authentication process to you. Please check that the bank has the correct contact details so that you can receive an SMS or email for authentication.
What should I do if I cannot complete the order?
If something doesn't quite work out during the ordering process, our customer service team will be happy to help by taking your order over the phone.
