We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your product!
If a product unexpectedly does not meet your requirements, you can return ordered goods to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price - regardless of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

And this is how it works

1. please contact us before returning the goods so that we can process them free of charge for you and let us know the following:

- Name and order number

- e-mail address

- Product(s) you wish to return

- In the case of products that have already been opened/used, please tell us the reason for your return. Feedback from our customers is always particularly important to us.

2. you will immediately receive all the necessary information from us, such as the return address (does not correspond to the home address) and return slip.

3. after checking the returned goods, we will refund you the full purchase price in the form of your chosen payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return.
