1. WHAT IS MICELLAR TURMERIC?

Micelle turmeric is a special preparation of natural turmeric. If you take conventional turmeric, there is a problem: due to its low bioavailability, the body can only utilize a very small proportion of the curcumin ingested. You would therefore have to take very large amounts of turmeric in order to benefit from its health advantages. Research has solved the problem with various approaches.

Piperine -
Before the advent of micelle turmeric, piperine was the booster in terms of bioavailability. Piperine is the main component of black pepper. It increases the bioavailability of nutrients and vital substances (including vitamins) many times over.In the case of turmeric with piperine, this is an increase of around 20times1. For some people who are sensitive to pungency, however, there are other alternatives.

Fenugreek - Fenugreek is even stronger and gentler on the stomach than piperine. Fenugreek, botanical name Trigonella foenum-graecum, was already widely used as a natural remedy in ancient Egypt and China. Oral administration with fenugreek - as in CURCUMA Complete with fenugreek - has shown that the bioavailability of curcumin can be increased by as much as 45times2.

Micellar - Curcuma in liquid form contains micelles that produce an even higher bioavailability in the blood. The University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart conducted a study on this. One result of this study was that micelle turmeric can have up to 185 times the bioavailability of conventional turmeric. In addition, the micellar turmeric remains in the blood plasma for over 24 hours.

2 WHY IS THE BIOAVAILABILITY OF CURCUMIN SO IMPORTANT?

Bioavailability refers to how well nutrients such as vitamins or minerals are absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and can enter the bloodstream. By nature, the bioavailability of curcumin is very low. This is extremely unfortunate, as turmeric contains many valuable secondary plant substances known as curcuminoids. They have a variety of health-promoting effects that are being researched in scientific studies in the laboratory.

As curcumin is hardly soluble in water, is poorly absorbed and is metabolized very quickly, the human body can only make limited use of these positive properties in pure turmeric. Medical research has therefore been working on improving its bioavailability. Micelle turmeric achieves the best results compared to all other technologies todate3.

3 HOW DOES MICELL TURMERIC WORK?

What exactly is turmeric in micelle form and what exactly is a micelle? Micelles are molecule complexes that also occur in nature and in the body. They consist of a fat- and a water-affine part. The micelles envelop the curcumin, the most important turmeric ingredient. This enables the micelle curcumin to survive the journey through the stomach undamaged. It is only in the intestine that it unfolds its full power and passes from the intestine into the blood. It is sufficient to take a much lower dose of liquid turmeric to achieve the effects of an otherwise very high dosage.

4. WHAT EFFECT DOES MICELLAR TURMERIC HAVE?

The versatile applications of the golden spice turmeric have been known for a long time. Reason enough for scientists to put turmeric and its main component curcumin to the test - and thus its possible significance for human health. Numerous scientific institutes around the world have been researching turmeric intensively for years. And so turmeric has become a real highlight in science.

This is shown by a search at the US National Library of Medicine. A search with the keyword "curcumin" produces more than 5,000 references to scientific publications - with very good results.
So you don't always have to resort to medication.

The following statements about the effects of turmeric have been submitted to the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) for review:

-

It is considered an antioxidant.

-

It contributes to normal skin function.

-

5. DOES MICE CURCUMA ALSO HAVE SIDE EFFECTS?

There are no known side effects of micellar turmeric. In very rare cases, allergic reactions to the curcumin it contains may occur, as is also the case with conventional turmeric preparations. If you are unsure, ask your family doctor before taking turmeric.

6. WHAT SHOULD YOU LOOK OUT FOR WHEN BUYING MICELLAR TURMERIC?

Natural ingredients are the be-all and end-all of micellar turmeric. Every second turmeric product on the market is synthetically produced, diluted or even completely counterfeit. You should therefore make absolutely sure that you buy 100 percent natural turmeric. Because only turmeric of natural origin has the unique properties that can support your health. Also pay attention to the concentration of the active ingredient and that the supplier's products are subject to the strictest quality controls in accordance with EU laws and that the ingredients have been tested in renowned German laboratories.

CONCLUSION: MICELL TURMERIC - INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY FOR MAXIMUM BIOAVAILABILITY

The innovative micelle technology has made it possible to make the valuable properties of curcumin much more usable for the human body. Studies show that the bioavailability can be increased by up to 185 times. As a result, the curcumin in micellar turmeric can be dosed more sparingly than in turmeric with piperine or fenugreek.
