99% OF ALL PEOPLE SUFFER FROM UNDERSUPPLY

Hello, my name is Dr. Jackson Stockwell. I host two radio shows a week, I'm a physician and I run a clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Today I'm going to talk about one of my biggest research findings on health and therapy. My message to you must be carried further. From city to city, from country to country. It is too long overdue. First and foremost, I want to show you how you can live your life disease-free and pain-free.

This is NOT the vague ideas of a pioneer eager to discover, nor is it an esoteric concept of mind control. It is a basic concept to help you survive sudden attacks of illness. Listen carefully, you could become your own lifesaver.

Become your own lifesaver!
When I started my work some 30 years ago, I was convinced that doctors could do just about anything. There is the right medication or the possibility of surgery for every disease, so in principle no one has to die. How naive I was! I soon learned that this was not true.

On the contrary. I had to admit to myself that going to the doctor often increased the risk of becoming ill. I came to the conclusion that under certain circumstances, no doctor, no matter how capable, can help, but that we only have the opportunity to mobilize the powers that are inherent in our bodies.

At the beginning of our lives is the formation of a nervous system. On the eighth day of our existence, cell division begins. The spinal cord and brain stem develop. From this center, important nerve pathways are directed to our organs in the course of our lives. We ourselves are our nervous system. And when our nervous system is working properly, our body also functions properly. This means that we don't get ill.

It is the natural task of our nervous system to maximize our well-being and maintain this good state of mind. It needs help to fulfill this task. And that is precisely my task. To bring diseased nervous systems back to their natural state. I show my patients what they need to feed their nervous system in order to protect themselves from further illness and pain.

The human body works 90% according to a simple plan. Some of you may remember an experiment that was conducted in Arizona a few years ago. It was carried out in a closed room, a so-called biosphere.

Three couples were involved in this experiment. They lived inside this biosphere for two years. During this time, the pairs fed exclusively on the yields that came from the nutrient-rich soil of the biosphere. The air they breathed was filtered. At the end of the two years, they had to undergo a series of medical tests. Medical computers were fed with the data from their blood and tissue samples. The result of the test was that if the three couples continued to live in the biosphere, they would have a life expectancy of 160 years or more.

Live to be 100 years old!
We often read in the newspapers about people who have lived to be more than 100 years old and were in good health until their death.

We know of at least five cultures on Earth where people have a lifespan of 100 to 120 years. They are racially, geographically and culturally very different. These include the Russians of Georgia, the inhabitants of Azerbaijan, the Armenians and the people of the northern Urals. They all live to be well over 100 years old and the men are still fully fertile after the age of 100. Other groups are a small people in eastern Pakistan and a group in western Tibet. We are also aware of two groups from South America.

They all seem to have nothing in common apart from longevity. And yet they are alike in one respect. They were exiled by powerful sections of society for different religious reasons, and here too they have something in common.

Each of these peoples lives far up in the mountains, far away from any civilization. They live near the tree line in thin and very dry air. It rains very little. The air they breathe has only a fraction of the pollution level of our own. They get their water from melting glaciers. As the climate is extremely dry, they are forced to irrigate their fields. Their drinking water, like the water used to irrigate their fields, is glacier water. We all know what a glacier slide is. In a landslide, the glacier moves about 10 centimeters per year, crushing the rock beneath it. In the warmer seasons, when the glacier melts down to the bedrock, the glacier water carries the ground rock with it and so it reaches the fields of the local farmers. And of course the inhabitants also use this water as drinking water. It has a white to yellow to blue-white color and looks like milk to us. Incidentally, it is also called glacier milk. It contains approx. 35 to 45% solid gravel. These are soil components. These soil components are stored in the bodies of these people. They are found in the soil, which is constantly being replenished with minerals. The people who live up there in the mountains have all the necessary food supplements that we can only dream of.

Minerals - the cornerstone of life!
I have mentioned before that I prescribe my patients a specific nerve food after their nervous system has been repaired. I give them exactly the same thing that all the cultures described above eat: Minerals. They form the cornerstone of life.

What do you think you are essentially made of? What are you made of besides hair and skin, muscles, bones, tendons, connective tissue and organs? What are we if we leave all that aside? I'll tell you what we are: Earth, dirt and water. We are 65% water and 35% minerals. It is indeed earth, composed of minerals and the smallest rock components. Minerals physically form the basic elements that we know from the periodic table in chemistry class. These elements must be constantly renewed in our body. Anyone who sweats from every pore loses vast amounts of minerals
.

These minerals are not just miniature pieces of rock in our body. They form our body tissue. Our bones, for example, are a composition of calcium and phosphorus. In fact, calcium is the most abundant mineral in our body. A calcium deficiency can lead to a whole range of health problems. Do any of you have problems with your lumbar spine? How many of you have heard that you have kidney stones because you drink too much milk or eat too much cheese? Such statements are simply wrong. You never get kidney stones because your body has too much calcium, but on the contrary, because it lacks calcium. If you have an acute calcium deficiency, your body falls into a state of localized or universal osteoporosis, i.e. you are threatened by a reduction in bone tissue. In such a state, the body begins to restock the remaining supply of calcium, i.e., to seek out calcium in order to maintain the necessary functions.

I will tell you why you get kidney stones. Because your kidney is the place where your body reabsorbs calcium from your blood just before it is excreted from your body in your urine. Your kidney does an incredible job. Not only does it filter urea from the blood, but it also reabsorbs minerals before they leave our bodies. When our body is threatened by osteoporosis, the kidney retains as much calcium as it can. This leads to the formation of stones before the calcium accumulated in the kidneys can be passed on to the rest of the body. This process ends as soon as there is no longer a calcium deficiency.

A calcium deficiency can lead to the following diseases: Osteoporosis,
insomnia, heart problems, high blood pressure, paradentosis, muscle twitching, nervousness.

I would argue that every one of you who does not take some kind of
dietary supplement suffers from calcium deficiency.

Do you know how much money is spent every year on curing diseases? I am only referring to illnesses that would NOT occur at all if you took a small amount of calcium every day. This unnecessary expenditure is not necessarily covered by your health insurance premium. But through your tax money, which has to be raised to maintain the healthcare system. Who is it for? For the elderly in our society, because they suffer the most from a lack of minerals. Why? Because they have already gone the longest way in their lives without suitable nutritional supplements.

You could starve to death!
Please don't tell yourself to get quality food from your grocery store. You can shop in the best food sections of the best grocery stores every day and still starve for lack of minerals. Why is that? Because the food that grows on our soils no longer has any nutritional value.

Over 60 years ago, the U.S. Department of Agriculture published Government Document 264, which clearly stated that 99% of the American population is not getting the minerals they need. It also stated that cropland and pastureland was down to 15% of the mineral value it had 100 years earlier. If this was true in 1936, how much worse is it today? What happens to our bodies if we don't give them the minerals they need? I just listed the effects of calcium deficiencies.

What about birth defects? They can be due to zinc deficiency. Zinc is already a very important mineral for the expectant human being.

A
lack of zinc can cause the following damage to the child in the womb: Mongolism, cleft lip, cleft palate, brain defects, slit eyes, joints with adhesions, feet with webbed toes and spinal fissures. If zinc is so important for a baby, how important is it for an adult?

A zinc deficiency can cause the following: abnormal eating habits, loss of sense of smell and taste, infertility, poor wound healing,
immune systemdysfunction , poor growth, high infant mortality rate, delayed female maturation, anemia, hair loss, frizzy hair, diarrhea, delusional state, depression, oral and perioral dermatitis, acute weight loss, benign prostate enlargement, anorexia, bulimia, hormonal hypofunction of the gonads - is that enough? Our body needs zinc!!!

What the body needs every day!
Our body needs the following nutrients every day: 60 minerals, 15 vitamins, 12 essential amino acids and 3 essential fatty acids. That makes a total of 90 nutritional necessities.

I am not making any suggestions here. I'm talking about absolutely imperative necessities here. Approximately 10 disease states are due to a deficiency of one of each of the 90 nutrients listed above. This means that 900 diseases could be avoided if we enabled our organism to defend itself. Just think what this could mean for our children. They would grow up completely different from us. How healthy and intelligent they could be if they were provided with all the 90 nutrients our bodies need every day. How the world would change if one disease after another gradually disappeared into nothingness.

How do diseases develop? Are they really caused by viruses or bacteria, or are they the result of weakened human tissue?

If we suffer from an acute nutrient deficiency, our body cannot function properly. It is weakened. And in this state, it is a source of food and a target for viruses and bacteria.

A swab of the throat would prove the existence of streptobacilli or streptococci as natural inhabitants of the mucous membrane in each of you. Nevertheless, probably very few of you have pharyngitis. Why is that? The answer is obvious. Because in most cases the body's own defenses are stronger than the reproductive power of the streptobacillus and the body tissue is still too intact to provide a suitable breeding ground for it.

Viruses and bacteria never successfully attack healthy tissue! Never have and never will. They only multiply in diseased tissue. They are the smallest natural scavengers. Their food is exclusively non-healthy tissue.

In the last century, the physicians Pasteur and Bernard fought out a long undecided dispute. The question was what had the greater influence on the course of the disease: Seed or soil, germ or tissue. Pasteur was convinced that germs were the cause of disease. Bernard believed that diseased tissue was responsible. The dispute between the doctors dragged on for years. And it was only on his deathbed that Pasteur conceded that Bernard was right. How did he come to this conclusion?

He discovered that people from the old regions who lived high up in the mountains and used the nutrient-rich water as drinking water, which they also used to irrigate their fields, were in extremely good health. On the other hand, those who farmed lower-lying fields and whose fields and pastures contained hardly any minerals worth mentioning were constantly plagued by disease.

He also found that farmers whose fields in the valley were regularly flooded were still relatively healthy. When the fields were flooded, the soil was simultaneously enriched with the nutrients that had been lost. This is one reason why wheat from Egypt had the reputation of being the best, even in ancient times. It was mainly grown in the Nile Delta. Arable land that was constantly flooded at the time before the Aswan Dam was built.

The great migration of the American population westwards is also linked to the soil conditions. People did not head west as part of a general wave of expansion, but because their arable land was used up in 7 to 10 years. And their mothers and fathers were slowly contracting consumption again. That's what tuberculosis was called at the time. The children regularly had pneumonia and
skin problems. The mothers were delivered of children with birth defects. When this happened, they knew it was time to move on to find mineral-rich farmland.

Children with birth defects can hardly be counted nowadays. A few years ago, the WHO conducted a study of the 33 most industrialized nations in the world. And it looked at several health categories. In terms of lifespan, the USA ranks 17th, with 16 nations living longer than the USA. In terms of the survival rate of children in the first year of life, the USA ranks 23rd. 22 countries give their newborns a better chance of surviving the first year than the USA.

As far as tissue diseases are concerned, the United States is in last place. Why is this so? Because Americans have a particularly high mineral deficiency.

Years ago, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock advised farmers to insure their livestock against diseases such as Alzheimer's, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, coronary artery occlusion and cardiomyopathy from the outset in order to avoid going bankrupt in a short time. About 50 years ago, many farmers began to realize that mineral supplements in animal feed could protect their animals from disease. Until then, sheep with such memory problems that they forgot to eat were seen everywhere. Horses plagued by diabetes that fell into a coma and died, pigs with such pronounced osteoporosis that their hind legs broke in half during the mating procedure. This was the order of the day.

Later, the ranchers learned to raise their cattle as good as disease-free. They enriched the cattle feed with vitamins and minerals. Do you know the number of children born with birth defects in the USA? The ratio is 1 in 5,000. For livestock, the ratio is 1 in 500,000, which is 100 times smaller. The reason is as follows: the dog food produced by the Hills Company, for example, contains 40 minerals. Food for laboratory animals usually contains up to 28 mineral supplements. Now go to your neighborhood store and read the ingredients on a can of baby food. You won't find a single can with more than 12 minerals listed. That's more than worrisome.

When was the last time you saw a sick dog? To see a sick child, you only have to look around a school playground once during recess. You'll find the whole gamut. Children coughing, wheezing, sniffling, screaming. Long before they grow up, they are predestined for illness and degeneration. Some of the children may look healthy on the outside. They often have other problems inside, have difficulty concentrating or are hyperactive or both. When we think about providing our children with a healthier future through appropriate nutritional supplements, we must not forget to provide our expectant mothers with sufficient vitamins and minerals.

I currently have a pregnant patient with cephalic infection. I asked her to show me the preparation she is taking as a prenatal precaution on the advice of her obstetrician at her next visit. It contained 4 minerals and, to add to the ridiculousness, one of the package pages read: 'This preparation is available on prescription only. I made it clear to her that her behavior was reckless and could also be dangerous for her baby.

On the subject of nutrition during pregnancy, the gynecologist is said to have advised her to eat as many vegetables as possible. If all our medical professionals were so ignorant, the number of children with birth defects would increase even more.

I refused to treat a patient who was reluctant to fortify her diet with minerals. I do not want to and I will not be responsible for what happens to this patient.

Do you know why most children who are born sick are children of late-term mothers or of mothers who have already given birth to several children?

The explanation is that the body already had an extremely high deficit of minerals and vitamins at the time of the last birth. They were unable to give their last child a good start. It didn't have the nutrients it needed right from the start.

If your doctor tells you at your next visit that vitamins and minerals are not so important as nutritional supplements, ask him why he prescribes them to pregnant women and advise him to tell farmers and ranchers that vitamins are not important. He should then wait and see what they have to say.

Do you experience extreme food cravings from time to time? Have you ever experienced a pregnant woman who wakes up in the middle of the night and goes crazy for cucumbers, peppers, pistachios, ice cream, etc.? If you've ever heard this from your wife, it's actually your wife's subconscious talking to you. In this case, it has taken on a life of its own and revealed that the pregnant woman's body is suffering from an acute
nutritional deficiency. Your wife was forced by her innermost being to obtain the nutrients she needed at that time.

We all have system-regulating powers. A kind of armed force that protects us in the best case. If this system is disturbed, errors occur that manifest themselves in us or our babies. You don't necessarily have to be pregnant to have food cravings. Do any of you crave chocolate, sugar, caffeine, alcohol or even soil? If so, then you are suffering from Picard syndrome.

These are abnormal food cravings that occur more frequently in pregnant women but also in mentally ill people. The case is the same as for a pregnant woman. Your subconscious is signaling to you: DEFICIENCY and urges you to compensate for this deficiency. As a result, one food or another is devoured without restraint.

The nutrient killers!
Unfortunately, your subconscious cannot communicate with you in words. It sends you signals via feelings, forcing you to compensate for your nutrient deficiency. Alcohol, caffeine, white sugar or chocolate deprive your body of even more nutrients. This is the insidious effect of alcohol or nicotine. They deprive your body of minerals and in the same breath drive you to drink even more and reach for the next cigarette even faster.

How did I come to this realization? I have a large number of patients who both drink and smoke and still enjoy excellent health. The reason for this is that these patients have been fortifying their diet with vitamins and minerals for decades in order to stay healthy.

But please don't take this as a license for smokers and alcoholics. I just want to say that the main causes of death among smokers and alcoholics were not the cigarette and not the glass of beer, but that nicotine and alcohol disrupt the natural nutrient balance. People who smoke or drink alcohol are many times more susceptible to illness than others.
