Natural and hormone-free to combat the symptoms of the menopause
MENO BALANCE is a 100% natural product for the menopause. The menopause is the phase in a woman's life in which the body undergoes hormonal changes - usually between the ages of 40 and 55.
Although menopause and menopause are not diseases, the quality of life often suffers due to the symptoms that occur.
But that doesn't have to be the case! The unique combination of naturally hormone-free ingredients is specially formulated to alleviate the typical symptoms: e.g. hot flushes, sweating, tiredness, restlessness and irritability as well as normalizing hormonal activity, the nervous system and supporting general well-being.* So that your menopause is a relaxed time.
Note: Food supplements are not medicines. Positive results may take days/weeks to appear. Give your body time to adapt to the natural ingredients.
Menopause, climacteric, menopause - what does what mean?
"Menopause" is the colloquial term for the medical term "climacteric". The menopause is often also referred to as "menopause", which is not entirely correct. In medical terms, the menopause is the day of the last menstrual period, after which there is no further bleeding for at least a year.
But menopause or no menopause - everyone agrees that this phase of life is not an easy one. While some people go through the menopause within six months, for others the hormonal changeover can last up to ten years. The symptoms are as varied as the duration of the menopause:
- Hot flushes and sweating
- Dizziness, sleep disorders and tiredness
- Lack of drive, mood swings
- Sadness and depression (up to and including depression)
- irritability
- Restlessness and concentration problems
- Heart problems
- Hair loss, increased hair growth on the face
- Weight gain, change in body silhouette
- Lack of libido and dryness of the vaginal mucous membranes
The menopause - quality of life or quality of life?
What is often described as a "normal change in the lives of all women" can be very stressful for the individual woman. Even just one of the symptoms listed above can be enough to permanently impair quality of life.
Women often put up with the new living conditions and brave their way through the menopause (this also shows who the stronger sex actually is!). However, all this takes strength and possibly even many tears.
Accepting help during the menopause in order to improve your quality of life is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of a desire for beautiful and relaxed times. Especially when it's help in harmony with nature - and that's exactly what MENO BALANCE is.
See for yourself what the purely natural ingredients in MENO BALANCE can do for you:
Hop blossoms turn menopause into beautiful years
The "true hop" (botanical name: Humulus lupulus) originally comes from Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It is a climbing plant and grows upwards in a clockwise direction.
If your clock hand is currently "on the menopause" - and you want things to go uphill again - hop flowers are absolutely the right remedy. This is because hops help to reduce menopausal symptoms, e.g. hot flushes, increased sweating, restlessness and irritability.* Hops flowers are considered a natural herbal remedy, especially for the nervous system, and also support sleep and relaxation.*
Monk's pepper alleviates menopausal symptoms
The "monk's pepper" (botanical name: V. agnus-castus) is a shrub that grows up to 6 meters high and originates from the Mediterranean region, Central Asia and India. Today it still grows wild, especially in Spain and Italy. Its spike-like inflorescences glow violet-blue in summer - preferably along streams and wooded lakeshores. The red-black fruits, which smell slightly of sage, are the size of a peppercorn and taste similarly pungent. Even in ancient times, monk's pepper was used to treat women's ailments. Incidentally, the name of the plant comes from the Middle Ages - monks used to "pepper" their food with the chopped fruits.
Today we know that monk's pepper alleviates the symptoms of the menopause and supports well-being during this phase of life - monk's pepper also contributes to joint health during the menopause and to a healthy menstrual cycle*.
Evening primrose oil brings light into the dark times of the menopause
Evening primrose (botanical name: Oenothera biennis) is a plant native to North America. It was the Native Americans who first extracted the valuable evening primrose oil by grinding the seeds - and used it internally and externally for a wide range of ailments. The special thing about evening primrose is that it does not open its lemon-yellow flower buds during the day, but only at dusk. Because it blossoms at night, it is regarded as a "glimmer of hope in the darkness" - and its glow illuminates many a dark moment in the middle years of a woman's life.
Menstruation is also a dark mystery during the menopause: sometimes it is light, sometimes heavy, sometimes long-lasting, sometimes it is absent and sometimes it occurs in the form of intermenstrual bleeding. But you can rely on it: Evening primrose oil helps to normalize menstrual health* And not only that. It also supports skin and hair growth, connective tissue, heart health and the immune system - all health factors that are particularly important during the menopause*.
Yam - the root of female well-being
The "yam root" (botanical name: Dioscorea), also known simply as "yam", is a plant native to North America and Mexico. It contains the substance "diosgenin", which is similar in structure to the hormone "progesterone" - which influences the menstrual cycle. The body needs diosgenin in order to be able to produce more of the body's own DHEA. DHEA is the precursor for the most important female sex hormones (estrogens and estrogens). Fresh yam root contains just over 2% diosgenin. Extracts of yam root are significantly stronger, as they contain up to 20% - as here in MENO BALANCE.
Yam root supports well-being during the menopause and helps to reduce menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, sweating, restlessness and irritability*.
Biotin + B1 + B6 - the balance vitamins for women over 40
MENO BALANCE is rounded off with biotin, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. These are all ingredients that have to do with the typical menopausal symptoms: They balance the vaginal mucous membranes, the nervous system, psychological functions, hormonal activity, energy metabolism - and help with tiredness and symptoms of fatigue.*

Frequently asked questions about MENO BALANCE
How long can the product be taken?
Food supplements are primarily intended to compensate for acute deficiency symptoms or to stimulate the self-regulation of a body whose function is out of balance. We recommend initially taking a course of 3 months without interruption. If necessary, the next pack can be started after a 4 to 6-week break. To determine whether you are still in the menopause, the hormone status can be determined by the gynecologist treating you.
How long does it take for it to help?
Unfortunately, there is no general answer to this question, as every woman's body reacts differently. In general, however, it sometimes takes a while for concentrated vital substances to be optimally absorbed and utilized - so give your body time to get used to it.
Does it make you put on weight?
No. MENO BALANCE consists of purely natural and hormone-free ingredients and is also completely sugar-free.
Can I take it if I have a sensitive stomach?
The product does not contain any ingredients that are known to cause gastrointestinal sensitivity.
I have problems swallowing capsules. What can I do?
The capsule is easy to open, so you can pour the contents onto a spoonful of water or yoghurt if necessary. Please drink plenty of water afterwards.
