Recommended daily intake GLUCOMANNAN 3000 weight loss

Adults take 6 capsules daily as a dietary supplement. Take 2 capsules before each main meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each. It should be taken together with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water before meals and a calorie-reduced diet.

Warning: There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake. It is recommended to take the capsules with plenty of water to ensure that the active ingredient reaches the stomach.

Caution is advised if there is a tendency to stomach cramps. It is not recommended if you have bile problems such as biliary obstruction or gallstones.
