Omega 3 - most people consume WAY too little of it!
Humans naturally consume omega fatty acids. The two best known are omega 3 and omega 6. And if you follow nature's instructions, the two fatty acids omega 6 and omega 3 should be consumed in a ratio of 2:1 to 5:1 - in human breast milk the distribution is even 2:1 to 1:1. Today, humans consume on average 15 times more omega 6 than omega 3. In younger people, the ratio is as high as 25:1. There are many reasons for this, ranging from the excessive use of low-quality vegetable oils to the consumption of fast food and products from factory farming.
Modern humans therefore consume far too few omega-3 fatty acids. In the long term, this has a detrimental effect on heart function and brain performance.

German Nutrition Society advises omega-3 fatty acids
At this point, we would like to let the German Nutrition Society (DGE) speak for itself: "Cardiovascular diseases are still the number one cause of death in Germany. Diet is one factor that can influence these diseases. Omega-3 fatty acids in particular can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease."
In a comprehensive literature review, the DGE analyzed more than 50 studies on fish consumption and its influence on diet-related diseases and came to the following conclusion:
Regular fish consumption - especially oily fish - can reduce the risk of fatal heart attacks, ischemic stroke and lipid metabolism disorders. The long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are probably partly responsible for these positive effects. These are primarily found in oily sea fish.
Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids in particular also play an important role in the growth and development of the brain. They influence the flow properties of the blood and prevent deposits in the blood vessels. In addition, they form important structural lipids in the body and influence muscle function as well as inflammatory and immune reactions.

Für mich eine reine Kaufempfehlung!!
Ich habe mir diese Sofkapseln gekauft umd meinen Omega3-Haushalt zu regulieren! Die Kapseln sind sehr gut zu schlucken da sie recht klein sind und vom Preis auch sehr günstig sind! Die Dose reicht für 30 Tage bei 1 Kapsel täglich. Ich bekomme kein Sodbrennen wie von anderen Produkten! Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bin ich sehr angetan.
