How do I send back?
Exchange or complaint?
Would you like to make use of the statutory 14-day right of return and send back the ordered goods - without giving reasons? Or do you have a complaint? Then please proceed as follows:
- Please contact us by phone, e-mail or contact form before returning the goods so that we can process them free of charge.
- You will then receive all the necessary information from us, such as the return address (does not correspond to the home address) and return slip.
- We will check the goods and - if everything is in order - refund the amount you paid for the goods.
