Climate protection and sustainability are important to us!

As a distributor of products that originate from nature, we have a particularly great responsibility towards it. We take this very seriously. That's why we do a lot internally to protect nature.

1. GoGreen - climate-neutral parcel shipping

We are the first online food supplement store to send our parcels using the climate-neutral "GoGreen" service from Deutsche Post/DHL.

Together we have the chance to do something about global climate change and leave a healthy environment for future generations. As part of the GoGreen climate protection program, the CO2 emissions generated by the transport of your customer parcel are determined using a procedure based on the principles of the ISO 14064 standard. In accordance with the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol, these emissions are offset by climate protection projects.

What does this mean in concrete terms?

The shipping of parcels always produces climate-damaging CO2. As part of the above-mentioned certified process, the amount of damage to the environment per individual parcel is determined. To compensate for this damage, feelgood-shop.com pays a certain amount to DHL for each parcel. This amount is then invested 100% in climate-friendly projects (e.g. reforestation of forests). In this way, we ensure that the parcel shipment does not ultimately harm the environment.

And the best thing about it: there are no additional costs for our customers! We cover the GoGreen costs in full and you can have a clear environmental conscience with every order in our store.

2. we use recycled materials for packaging

It is our responsibility to ensure that the products you order from us arrive safe and sound. To ensure that the goods are not only well packaged, but that nature is also protected, we use recycled materials for the packaging.

We also participate in the German take-back system (Dual System) in accordance with the current German Packaging Act (VerpackG). We are also legally registered with the Central Packaging Register (ZSVR). Our registration number is: DE2344772155666 (LUCID).
